Warranty conditions

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. ALLPOWER EOOD, as an online retailer, provides a 24-month warranty on all products purchased from www.print-art.bg

2. Each warranty card is issued automatically and is valid from the date of receipt and payment for the purchased products.

3. The warranty card is a mandatory document for each order and is received electronically to the email address specified by the user upon completion of the order.

II. FILING A COMPLAINT

4. Any consumer who has purchased their products from Print Art may file a complaint for all purchased products by following the instructions in the "Return and Exchange" section. This guarantee does not affect the rights of consumers arising from Art. 112-115 of the Consumer Protection Act.

5. Each product has a label that is attached to the product itself or its packaging and contains information about the composition and instructions for maintaining the product. These pictograms and instructions are of utmost importance for the storage and proper operation of the product. If the instructions for maintaining and operating the product are not followed, your claim may be rejected.

6. ALLPOWER Ltd. is not responsible and the warranty does not cover defects that have occurred as a result of:

6.1. Incorrect cleaning/washing process, maintenance of the product, where the specific instructions from the manufacturer have not been followed;

6.2. Storage or use of products in an unsuitable environment - highly humid environment and/or chemically contaminated environment;

6.3. Fading and/or damage due to prolonged exposure to the sun, fire or other source of strong heat and high temperatures;

6.4. Damage due to immersion, wetting of the product with salt water - except in cases where it is indicated that the product withstands such conditions;

6.5. Changes and/or repairs made by persons other than the trader or persons authorized by him;

6.6. Use in case of improper use by the user;

6.7. Normal wear and tear of the product;

6.8. Daily, intensive use by the user, in cases where the product is not intended for this.

III. PERIOD AND VALIDITY OF THE WARRANTY

7. The warranty period provided by PRINTART is 24 (twenty-four) months and begins from the date of delivery and acceptance of the products. The warranty is valid only if the instructions for use of the product subject to the warranty have been followed by the consumer.

8. In case of non-compliance of the product with the distance contract, the consumer has the right to request Print Art to repair the product, replace it, or refund the amount paid in the form of a credit to his account. The consumer does not have the right to request a replacement of the product if ALLPOWER EOOD has agreed to remove the defect. ALLPOWER EOOD has the right to offer the consumer to replace the product with a similar one when the stock of the initially purchased product is exhausted and in case of a discrepancy in the final value, to refund or pay the difference according to the general terms and conditions of Print Art.bg

9. If the product cannot be repaired or is out of stock, and the consumer does not wish to replace it with a similar one, PRINTART will refund the cost of the product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product in question and a written declaration of intent for a claim by the consumer. The duration of the repair for each individual product may not exceed 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date on which the consumer notified PRINTART of the identified non-conformities of the product.

IV. COMPLAINT RESPECT

10. Each complaint submitted is considered individually and is subject to verification and opinion from an expert.

11. The product warranty does not cover defects, such as: Scratches, stitches, stains, tears from external influences and others, of which the consumer did not notify Print Art.bg upon receipt of the goods. The warranty is void if the integrity of the product is violated, in the event that it is not used for its usual purpose.

11. ALLPOWER Ltd. is not responsible for any discomfort, injuries, pain in the feet and body as a result of wearing and/or using shoes or clothing (regardless of the reason for this, including, but not limited to, purchasing an inappropriate size or using them incorrectly).

12. The user is solely responsible for overall maintenance and compliance with all manufacturer instructions.

13. The warranty does not cover defects that are caused by:

13.1. Improper use. Use of the products other than for their usual purpose, lack of care, negligent attitude towards the maintenance of the products or any failure to comply with the manufacturer's instructions for their use and maintenance.

13.2. Excessive wear and damage to the surface of the shoe or sole resulting from impacts, abrasion from other objects, surfaces or excessive exposure to sunlight, high temperatures or use in highly humid or chemically contaminated environments.

13.3. Wetting the products with salt water.

13.4. Defects caused by washing shoes - by hand or in a washing machine, cleaning and treatment with detergents not approved by the manufacturer.

13.5. Stepping on sharp objects, walking on uneven surfaces made of stone, metal or others.

13.6. Contact of the products with water, snow (except for clothing and footwear that are categorized as waterproof), solvents, fuels, sand, tar, bitumen or any other type of corrosive material that damages the material.

13.7. Wearing a smaller size that gets internal tears in the bosses due to excessive stretching.

13.8. Intentional removal of product labels that have been placed by the manufacturer.

*WARNING: Do not cut or damage the integrity of the label and/or product tags! The lack of an internal label on clothing automatically voids the warranty.

V. COMPLAINT APPROVAL PROCESS

14. Once the consumer has identified a defect that was not caused under the terms of Chapter IV of this document, he is obliged to notify ALLPOWER EOOD electronically and fill out a form for returning the goods, following the instructions in "Return and Exchange".

15. In turn, ALLPOWER Ltd. notifies the consumer of a correctly completed application and provides information to which location the goods should be returned.

16. Upon receipt of the goods, ALLPOWER EOOD undertakes to hire an expert to provide an assessment of the product defect and to establish whether this defect is factory-made or caused by external forces.

17. If the defect is caused by external forces, ALLPOWER LTD. shall notify the consumer by providing a copy of the expert's opinion and return the products to the consumer at his expense.

18. If the defect is factory-made, ALLPOWER EOOD undertakes to repair the defect within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of the complaint and to send the repaired product to the consumer at the expense of ALLPOWER EOOD.

18.1. If the expert has determined that it is a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired, ALLPOWER Ltd. is obliged to provide the same, new product to the consumer.

18.2. If the product has a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired and the relevant product is out of stock, ALLPOWER EOOD provides the following options to the consumer:

18.2.1. ALLPOWER EOOD offers the consumer a replacement for the purchased product;

VI. FINAL PROVISIONS

19. ALLPOWER Ltd. undertakes to hire an expert to provide an official opinion on the submitted claim, if the claim is received within 6 (six) months of the purchase of the products by the consumer.

20. If the complaint is received after the expiry of the period specified in Chapter VI, Art. 19 of this document, Print Art.bg is not obliged to hire and/or cover the costs of hiring an expert and providing an official opinion on the complaint. The responsibility for proving a manufacturing defect lies with the consumer and he is obliged to hire an expert to issue an official opinion on an established manufacturing defect.
