Orders according to individual requirements

Products that are made to order or personalized (for example, by size, model, color, or with added specific details) are created especially for you and according to your wishes.

Return and cancellation

According to the Consumer Protection Act, the 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies to standard online purchases, does not apply to such products.

The customer does not have the right to refuse or return an individually made product unless:

• the product has a manufacturing defect;
  
• there is a discrepancy with the previously agreed parameters of the order.
  

Our commitment

We always try to fulfill orders accurately and according to the agreed requirements. If a problem still arises, contact us so we can find the best solution.
The user can file a claim by filling out the Return and Refund Form accompanying each of their orders from the online store www.print-art.bg. It is extremely important to provide all available documents accompanying their order (invoice, waybill and cash receipt, if any). The advertised product(s) are sent by the user to Print Art by courier at the user's expense.

Once the claim request is received at an ALLPOWER OOD facility, processed and verified whether the warranty actually covers this product, it will be repaired, replaced or subject to a refund of the amount paid, in accordance with these terms and conditions. The claim review period is 30 days and begins upon receipt of the documents.

ALLPOWER Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to satisfy any claims that, after processing, are found not to fall within the scope of the legal guarantee. The relevant claims will be returned to the customer at the expense of ALLPOWER Ltd. with a Certificate of Refusal with an opinion.
